Efrosini, Peter — thank you for the time on the call. This is everything we mapped out together, put down in one place. It's built around the day you're actually planning: a one o'clock ceremony at St Nicholas — the church Efrosini's parents were married in — a photoshoot somewhere that isn't the usual crowd, and a night at Conca d'Oro that runs as late as you want it to. Nothing here is locked. Take your time with it, and anything you'd like to move, we move together.

We covered a lot on the call, so here's what I took away — so you know it landed. St Nicholas at one, the church Efrosini's parents were married in and the one I was baptised in, then Conca d'Oro to close the night. Between those two, this is the day you described.
The look
Clean and timeless
You found us on Instagram and it was the style that stopped you — so we're on the same page already. Our standard grade is a clean, timeless look: not washed out, not over-saturated, consistent from the morning light right through to the reception.
One thing to avoid
No tilted-angle gallery
Efrosini, you called out the trend you're not a fan of — a whole gallery shot on a lean. Noted, and I'm with you. A frame on an angle where it genuinely earns its place, sure. The whole set tilted, never.
The photoshoot
Not the usual spots
No QVB, nothing everyone's already done. You want somewhere that feels like yours. Closer to the day I'll come back with a shortlist — architecture, city, water, whatever you're leaning towards — plus a wet-weather option, always.
The room
Simple, and let it breathe
Sage, whites and greens, candles — kept simple, because the renovated ballroom does the rest. We'll photograph the room in full detail before a single guest walks in and it starts to move.
The night
Straight in, and running late
No canapés — guests walk straight into the room — and a night that goes to midnight, maybe one. We'll build the coverage around a full night and stretch it if the party does.

An hour and a half covers the ceremony, the signing, the greetings and a few family photos at the altar before the walk out, group shot and confetti. We'll fine-tune how much of the greeting line you want closer to the day.

Somewhere that isn't the usual — I'll bring options plus a wet-weather plan, and we'll time it so you're never rushing to be back for the room.

Reception

Guests straight into the renovated ballroom, no canapés. We'll quote on a full night to midnight and stretch it to one if the party keeps going.
This is a starting point. Final timings and locations get locked in together through the planning questionnaire and run sheet closer to the day.
Our job on the day is the timing. The rush hides in two windows — the morning and the twenty minutes after the ceremony. We manage both so you're present for the middle.
How we cover it
Two teams, and where they run
One photographer and one cinematographer per team. Team 1 stays with you from the morning through to the end of the night. Team 2 covers the second morning and stays through the ceremony and photoshoot — here's the full picture.

Team 1 carries the night solo — three locked angles plus a camera in hand — arriving early to capture the room in full before the guests.
In The Essentials, Team 2 wraps at the end of the church (~2:30 PM). In The Full Story and The Complete, Team 2 stays through the photoshoot (~5:30 PM), as shown above.
Why two teams
Both mornings, every angle
Two teams means neither morning is missed while you're getting ready in different suburbs. At the church, Team 2 sets locked-off cameras so the whole ceremony is documented from several angles — which frees me to roam for the creative shots.
Why it stops after photos
The room shoots clean on one
Your ballroom covers beautifully with a single team. Even on my own I'm running three locked angles plus a camera in hand, so the reception is fully held without a second crew standing in the room.
The second-team question
Only two spots gain from it
A second team at the reception really only adds two moments — the back-of-room shot as you enter, and the first dance. For your room it isn't worth the spend, so I've left it out. If you ever want it, that's exactly where it'd go.

The second time is the day itself, and it happens once, at its own pace. Our job is the timing around it — keeping the rush out of the two windows it hides in — so you're actually present for the middle.

Full wedding photo collection
We shoot 8,000–10,000 frames across the day and cull to the best 1,800–2,500 — the full edited gallery in colour, plus a complete black-and-white set, grouped by moment.
The edit
Every image graded to one consistent, timeless look — straightened and cropped where needed, with light retouching on the frames that matter. Never a whole gallery on a lean.

Secure the 26th
A $1,000 deposit on acceptance locks in your date. Saturday 26 February 2028 is open right now, with no other enquiries on it.
03
We start planning
A detailed questionnaire, a run-sheet planning session a week or two out, and a creative session for your editing and music. Nothing left to chance.
Payment
$1,000 deposit secures the date. The balance is due the week before the wedding — nothing in between.
Your date
Saturday 26 February 2028 is currently free. The deposit is what holds it against other enquiries.
