Belinda & Darren
What you told me
You'd looked closely at a lot of studios before we spoke, and what drew you to CineMotive was the same thing across the photos and the films — a look that stays natural and isn't overdone, and films that feel nostalgic and genuine, where the real reactions in the room carry the story rather than being told to you.
You want one connected team on both photo and video. Belinda, you've thought hard about how the day is captured and already have a clear direction; the morning preparations matter to you. Darren, you're happy with lighter coverage in the morning. Between you the priorities were clear: a clean, timeless gallery, an emotional film that lets the scenery and feeling do the talking, and an Episode Love Story built around the words that meant the most.
A natural, timeless look
Clean, bright, and not overdone — the day read as it actually was, with the colour flexed to whatever the light gives us on the day.
An emotional, story-led film
Feeling and scenery over narration — showing the story without spelling it out. An Episode Love Story, dialogue-driven, built around your vows and the words that carried the most meaning.
The coast
Portraits around Bradley Head and the water — the ocean setting you were drawn to, worked into the afternoon.
The full night
Staying through to the end, where the celebration opens up and the loosest, most honest moments tend to happen.
Flow of the day
A working outline based on what we discussed. It gives us the coverage picture — where the teams need to be, and when.

Reception begins
Reception ends
Final timings and locations are refined together as we get closer to the day — there's a creative planning session about a month out where we lock the run sheet, music and edit direction.
One team all night, a second for the angles that matter
For your room and guest count, a single crew — one photographer and one cinematographer, each on multiple cameras — covers the reception comfortably. The reason to add a second team isn't necessity; it's the extra dimension it buys at the moments where two angles genuinely pay off: a second view at the ceremony, and the in-the-moment, from-the-side candids during the photoshoot that so often make the final film.
With you the whole way
One photographer + one cinematographer, from preparations in the morning right through to the end of the reception. This team, arrives after Belinda's prep is well underway and rolls straight through the ceremony, portraits, and the full night.
Preps → end of reception, approx. 11:30 pmA second angle, as far as you want it
A second photographer + cinematographer who set up early with the boys, capture the ceremony from another position and multi-camera audio, then work the photoshoot from the sidelines. How far they run into the day is the difference between the three collections:
My honest read for your day sits in the middle: the second team through to the end of the photoshoot gives you that different point of view across the ceremony and portraits — where it counts most — without paying for a second reception crew the room doesn't need.
Ways to relive your day
There are a few ways we cut the footage into something you'll actually come back to. The teaser lands within two weeks; the rest we shape together at your creative planning session. For you, the heart of it is the highlight and the Episode Love Story — the others are here so you can see the full range.
Teaser Film
A 40–60 second snapshot of the day — a trailer, delivered within two weeks of the wedding. Included in every collection.
Highlight Film
A cinematic edit shaped around your vibe, your music, and the moments that matter most — emotional and scenery-led, letting the day tell its own story. Typically 5–6 minutes, longer at the top collection.
Episode Love Story
A dialogue-driven edit of up to 20 minutes, built around your vows, speeches and the words that carried the most meaning — reaching beneath the day to reveal not just what happened, but why it mattered. This is the one you're leaning toward, and it's included in every collection.
Documentary Film
The deepest, most chronological record of the day. Not a priority for you now — but the footage from every camera is kept, so it can be commissioned later if you ever want it.
A full wedding gallery
Every photograph from the day, edited in that clean, natural look and sorted into easy sections — preps, ceremony, photoshoot, reception — in a private online gallery you keep for good. Not just a handful of hero shots; the whole day.

Nothing you have to decide now
A couple of things you mentioned weren't priorities up front — and neither has to be. Because we keep everything from the day, both can be added later, on your terms.
Fine-art Leather Album
The Radiant Leather Album — 40 pages at a generous 14″ × 10″ (35 × 25 cm), handcrafted in New Zealand by Queensberry's artisans. Included in the Complete Package, and able to be added at any point — including after the wedding, once you've lived with the gallery and chosen your favourites.
Full Documentary Film
The complete, chronological record — full ceremony, formalities and the night at real length. You've said this isn't for you, and that's the common call. But every camera's footage is kept, so if you ever change your mind it can be commissioned down the track. Priced on request.
You experience your wedding three times
In the planning
It starts now. About a month out we sit down for a creative planning session — the run sheet, your music, the edit direction, the small windows between the main moments — so the day itself has room to breathe.
As it happens
We're among the few there for every minute — keeping the timing quietly on track so you're not managing the clock. It means you're present in the moments instead of steering them, and free to stay in the celebration to the very end.
In the years after
The gallery, the highlight, and the Episode Love Story you'll actually return to — the words and the feeling held in a form you can sit with again, and share with the people who weren't there.
Some moments reveal their value only with time.
Not because they weren't precious as they happened — but because the years ahead keep showing you just how much they were. How you receive it
Everything arrives in a private online gallery — sorted into sections, downloadable in full or piece by piece, and yours to keep and share. You'll have a sneak peek up front within two weeks. And it all comes to you on your hard drive too: every edited and raw photograph, both finished films, and every raw video file from every camera.
Securing the date
Saturday 23 October 2027 is open and the team is free. A A$2,000 deposit locks it in, with the balance due 10 days before the wedding. Any collection can be adjusted before you book — add or remove elements and we'll re-shape the quote.
Ready when you are
Your three collections are live as an official quote — review them, tweak anything, and lock in the one that fits. If a question comes up on the timings or coverage first, just reply and we'll talk it through.
Review & Customise Your QuoteNo rush on a decision — take your time with it. We'd love to be part of your day.
