This 30–40 minute film follows your wedding day in a natural chronological flow, carefully refined to include all the meaningful moments — without the length of a full documentary edit.

What’s Included
Cinematic Opening Recap
Every Episode Long Edit begins with a 20–30 second cinematic recap — a beautifully crafted teaser featuring the best moments from across your entire day.
This opening sets the tone and emotion, giving you a powerful first impression before the story naturally unfolds from the beginning.
Getting Ready & Preps
We capture the essence of your morning as it naturally unfolds — from meaningful details and elements of cultural traditions that are part of your story.
Where it matters most, we preserve these moments using real, live audio — allowing voices, laughter, and rituals to be felt as they happened — then gently layer in music to enhance the mood without overpowering the authenticity.
Ceremony
The heart of your day, presented in a beautifully condensed format.
Your ceremony is carefully edited down to its most meaningful moments — including the walk down the aisle, key vows and your first kiss and the recessional.
We preserve the emotion through a blend of real, live audio — allowing you to hear the words and reactions that matter most, and if it feels right, music gently woven over moments like your vows to elevate the emotion.
Photoshoot
A moment to pause.
Your couple and bridal party session is captured as a cinematic music montage — letting the atmosphere and emotion settle in.
Reception
Where everything comes together.
We include:
- All bridal party entrances, including your grand entrance as newlyweds
- Key moments from speeches (approximately 1–2 minutes per speaker, carefully selected to reflect the most meaningful and engaging parts)
- Cake cutting
- First dance & parent dances
The film then builds into a dance floor sequence that blends cinematic montage with short live dance segments — capturing the energy, movement, and celebration of the night without full songs
To close the story, we include your end-of-night formalities, such as:
- Bouquet toss
- Garter throw
- Final exit
Our team carefully curates the most meaningful moments from your speeches to create a natural and engaging flow within your film.
If there are any specific lines, messages, or speakers that are especially important to you (we require this information within 4 weeks after your wedding), you’re always welcome to let us know — we’re happy to incorporate those where possible.
Our Editing & Refinement Process
At CineMotive, every film is carefully crafted by our team to reflect the emotion, energy, and story of your day.
Initial Film Delivery
Your first version is a fully crafted edit, thoughtfully curated to:
- Highlight the most meaningful moments
- Maintain a natural and engaging flow
- Reflect the overall tone and energy of your wedding day
Refinement Round
Once you’ve had time to watch your film, we offer a complimentary refinement round.
This allows you to:
- Request small adjustments
- Swap or include specific moments (e.g. speech lines, reactions, clips)
- Fine-tune parts of the edit to better reflect what’s important to you
What’s considered a small adjustment?
Small adjustments include light refinements such as trimming or slightly extending short sections, swapping similar clips, or adjusting audio levels
This refinement is intended for subtle enhancements rather than a full re-edit — meaning it does not include major structural changes, re-cutting, swapping out or extending full sequences (such as speeches or dancing), or altering the overall style and flow of the film.
Additional Refinements (If Needed)
Additional refinements outside of this scope can absolutely be arranged. A minimum editing fee of $250 applies, which covers up to the first hour of changes. Any additional editing time beyond this is charged at $250 per hour thereafter, depending on the level of adjustment required.
