Coverage

Your CineMotive team.

Two dedicated teams will be working across the day to ensure both preparations are documented simultaneously while maintaining continuous coverage through to the final celebrations.

Team 1
Full Day Coverage
1 Photographer + 1 Videographer

Coverage Time: 11:00am – 12:00am

Bride preparations.
Ceremony.
Guest congratulations and family portraits.
Cardea location portraits.
Cocktail hour.
Reception celebrations.
First dance, confetti rain and Greek dancing.
Late-night festivities and farewell.
Team 2
Additional Coverage
1 Photographer + 1 Videographer

Coverage Time: 11:30am – 3:00pm

Groom preparations.
Ceremony coverage.
Guest congratulations.
Family portraits.
Additional support during the church departure and transition into portraits.
Why two teams?
Because your preparations are taking place in separate locations, two teams allow both stories to unfold naturally without anyone needing to rush between venues.

This means the atmosphere, interactions and anticipation in both households can be documented independently before everyone comes together for the ceremony.

From that point forward, the combined coverage helps ensure key moments throughout the day are preserved without interruption.

Our observations

What we're seeing so far.

As we've reviewed your questionnaire and updated reception timeline, these are the areas we want to pay particular attention to as we refine the final flow of the day.

Observation 01

The transition from church to Cardea.

The biggest timing pressure point remains the period immediately after the ceremony.

Guest congratulations, family photographs and travel to Barangaroo all need to happen before your portrait time at Cardea begins.

We'll review this together during your Final Planning Session so the afternoon feels calm rather than compressed.

Observation 02

Cardea should be protected.

Cardea is one of the parts of the day you're most excited about.

The architecture, waterfront setting and uninterrupted time together will likely become one of the visual anchors of your wedding day.

Protecting enough time here will make a meaningful difference to the flow and feeling of the afternoon.

Observation 03

The reception builds in energy.

Your reception timeline moves from entrances, speeches and formalities into champagne tower, first dance and confetti rain.

Later in the evening, the energy shifts again through Greek dancing, plate smashing and the final celebration moments.

This gives the night a strong natural rhythm — structured early, then increasingly energetic as the celebration opens up.

What matters most

The moments shaping the atmosphere of your day.

Some moments appear on every wedding timeline. Others are uniquely yours. These are the moments we're already paying close attention to because they'll help define how the day feels and how you'll remember it.

01
Greek dancing during preparations
Family, music and celebration before leaving for the ceremony. These moments often become some of the most meaningful memories of the entire day.
02
Your time together at Cardea
One of the parts of the day you're most excited about. Time away from the crowd, beautiful surroundings and an opportunity to slow the pace before the reception begins.
03
The champagne tower
A moment that naturally gathers everyone's attention and marks the transition from formalities into celebration.
04
First dance & confetti rain
One of the visual highlights of the evening and a moment that has the potential to become a defining memory of the reception.
05
Greek dancing & traditions
These traditions bring energy, identity and atmosphere into the celebration, creating moments that are deeply personal to your families and guests.
06
Greek plate smashing
A celebration moment everyone will be anticipating. The energy of the room changes when this begins and it often becomes one of the standout memories of the night.
Why these moments matter.
The big moments are easy to spot.

The ceremony. The speeches. The first dance.

What often shapes the experience of a wedding are the moments in between — the anticipation before the ceremony, the quiet moments together, the conversations with family and the celebrations that unfold naturally throughout the day.

These are the moments we'll continue paying attention to as we prepare for your Final Planning Session.
Final planning session

Areas we'd like to refine together.

Most of the major pieces are now in place. These are the final details we'd like to review together to ensure the day feels calm, structured and enjoyable from beginning to end.

01
Confirm the expected duration of guest congratulations and family photographs following the ceremony.
02
Review departure timing from St Nicholas Church and arrival timing at Cardea.
03
Confirm Cardea access requirements, arrival logistics and portrait session timing.
04
Review transportation arrangements between ceremony, portraits and reception.
05
Confirm final family photograph priorities and any additional group combinations you'd like included.
06
Review reception formalities and ensure timings between speeches, dances, champagne tower and confetti rain feel comfortable.
07
Confirm details surrounding Greek dancing, Bouzouki performances and plate smashing.
08
Review family dynamics and ensure key family members are included in the moments most important to you.
09
Address any final updates, changes or questions that have arisen since completing your questionnaire.
The goal isn't a perfect timeline.
The goal is a wedding day that feels calm, natural and enjoyable to experience.

Small adjustments to timing, transitions and expectations can often have the biggest impact on how the day unfolds.

We'll review these details together during your Final Planning Session and make any refinements needed before the wedding.
