Getting ready — both family homes
The two of you preparing at your family homes at the same time — Tara in Kellyville, Robbie in Mulgoa. The quiet, in-between moments of the morning with the people closest to you — often where the day's best frames quietly live.
Ceremony · Blacktown
Your ceremony at the Church of Our Lady of the Great Croatian Covenant in Blacktown — vows, faith and family, captured in full at its own natural pace.
Portraits, unrushed
A relaxed window for the two of you and your families — built with enough breathing room that it never feels like a checklist. We choose the locations and carry a wet-weather plan so you don't have to think about it. With a mid-December sunset near 8pm, there's a long, easy golden-hour window to work with.
Celebration at Oatlands Estate
Arrivals, speeches, the dancing and everything in between — right through to the last of the night. Full-day presence means the energy of the whole celebration is there, start to finish.
Roughly fifteen hours, held calmly — so the day never carries a rushed feeling into the middle of it.

Because you're both getting ready at your own family homes at the same time — Tara in Kellyville, Robbie in Mulgoa, on opposite sides of the city — a single team simply can't be in both places. So every option below covers your morning with two people, not one — this isn't an upgrade you're paying extra for, it's what covering two homes across the city at once requires.
Robbie's morning — Mulgoa
Your side of the morning covered in full at your family home — the preparation, the family, the moments before you leave.
Tara's morning — Kellyville
Yours covered in parallel at the same time — nothing missed on either side, the two stories then joining as one for the rest of the day.
And if you're keeping the tradition of Robbie arriving at Tara's family home before the church — the lighthearted presenting of the bride before the real Tara is brought out — we'll build the morning's choreography around it, so it's caught the way it should be. It's exactly the kind of cultural moment we plan for, and part of why we map the morning together rather than guess at it.
