The Old St Thomas Chapel The Eveleigh Photo & Film by CineMotive
From Our Conversation

The day you described

You found us on Instagram and told us the same thing we build everything around — you want the day captured the way it actually happens, with light guidance, never over-posed. Here is what we heard.

Your Ceremony
The Old St Thomas Chapel at Narellan — an 1800s chapel you chose precisely because it isn't the expected room. Old-fashioned, full of history, and yours.
Your Reception
The Eveleigh — the one you loved from the day it opened, for the grand feel and that walk down the staircase. Around 150 of your people in the room.
Two Mornings At Once
Maddison getting ready at Rooty Hill, Jerome at Hinchinbrook — two locations running in parallel, which is exactly why two teams start the day.
The Feel
Relaxed and real — robes, the boys, the getting-dressed process, the reveal. Old muscle cars in the mix. Candid over posed, always.
The Photoshoot
Around the Eveleigh itself — the old facades and laneways, a stop for ice cream, the bistro bar for a moment with the bridal party. Close to the room, no rush.
The Film
A film that holds the real moments — the ceremony in full, the speeches, and the dancing you want to be able to sit back and watch for years.
Flow Of Your Day

A working shape of the day

A first draft of the timing, built from what you told us. Nothing here is locked — it's the visual that lets you see the day unfold and spot where time can get tight.

9:00 am
Preparations begin — two teams
Maddison at Rooty Hill, Jerome at Hinchinbrook. Around two hours of the relaxed, candid lead-up at each home, right through to getting dressed and the reveal.
~11:15 am
Leave for the chapel
Roughly 40 minutes from Rooty Hill, 30 from Hinchinbrook. Jerome arrives 20–30 minutes ahead of the start.
12:00 pm
Ceremony
The Old St Thomas Chapel, Narellan. A drone establishing shot of the chapel and the arrivals sets the scene.
~1:30 pm
Congratulations & family photos
The natural crowd of well-wishes, then a group photo out front and the immediate-family portraits ticked off while everyone's together.
3:00–5:30 pm
Photoshoot around The Eveleigh
The old facades and laneways near the venue, a stop for ice cream, and a breather at the bistro bar with the bridal party.
Golden light, then dusk
The 4th of June is a winter Sunday — the sun sits low from around 4:15pm and sets near 4:55pm. Outdoor portraits are timed to catch that soft last light, so the plan is to work through it and be under cover before dark. Worth keeping in view as we finalise the shoot window.
6:30 pm
Reception doors & canapés
Guests arrive at The Eveleigh, around half an hour of canapés before everyone is seated.
~7:00 pm
Your grand entrance
Down the staircase — a camera at the top for the bird's-eye view, the rest of the room covered below.
12:00 am
Farewell
Through to the end of the night — and if a sparkler send-off is on the cards, we'll map the exit closer to the day.

These times are a starting point, not a schedule. The month before your wedding, your CineMotive Day Brief and planning questionnaire lock the fine detail — addresses, dress timing, the people who matter — so on the day, nobody's carrying a rushed feeling into the middle of it.

A Note On The Room

The Eveleigh, with & without lighting

As promised — the same kind of room, both ways. The venue's lighting package adds real atmosphere once the dancing starts; without it, the room runs on its warm house light, which still looks lovely. Here it is both ways so you can picture it and decide in your own time.

With the lighting package

Colour wash & mood on the dance floor
The Eveleigh reception with the lighting package

House lighting only

The room's own warm light — no added package
A reception under house lighting only

The lighting is arranged through the venue and runs in tiers — from the plain house light right up to the full package — so it's not a CineMotive cost, and nothing you need to lock in now. Whatever you choose, we light and shoot the room to suit it. Happy to talk it through whenever you're weighing it up.

Ways To Relive Your Day

How you'll get to watch it back

The same day, told at four different lengths — from a clip you'll share within a fortnight to the whole thing kept in full. You choose how deep you want to go.

01

Teaser Film

The Excitement

A 40–60 second clip, delivered within two weeks — while everyone still wants to see it. Complimentary in every collection.

02

Highlight Film

The Emotion

A short, shareable edit of the day — five to ten minutes, shaped around your music and the moments that matter. Style and pace are settled together at your creative session.

03

Episode-Length Film

The Experience

The middle ground — more depth than a highlight, more watchable than a full documentary. Thirty to forty minutes of the day, with the fast-forward parts pulled out. Available as an add-on to any collection.

04

Documentary Film

The Memories In Full

The day kept at real length — full ceremony across three to four camera angles, the entrances, every speech, the dancing. This is the one that gains value with the years. It comes in three depths.

Basic Standard · up to 2 hrs Extended · up to 3 hrs

And Every Photograph

A full wedding gallery

No cap on how many photographs we take — the whole day, edited in colour and black & white, in a clean online gallery that stays live for you to keep sharing and downloading, every anniversary.

The Radiant Leather Album

Handmade in New Zealand by Queensberry's artisans — genuine silver-halide Lustre paper on a rigid board, edge-to-edge printing, cradled in a velvet pouch and a silk-screened box. The heirloom version of the day, available with any collection.

Why It's Built This Way

You experience your wedding three times

01

Before

In the planning — when we map the flow of the day so the morning and the moments after the ceremony don't turn into a rush. This is the part most couples do alone; it's the part we're here for.

02

The Day

Present in it — not managing it. We're the ones watching the clock, calling the moves and keeping you relaxed, so the day you get to feel is the day you planned.

03

For Life

Every time you watch it back — a fortnight later, a year later, ten years later. This is where the film and the gallery earn their keep, and where the day quietly gains value.

Some moments only reveal their value with time. The day doesn't decide what mattered — the years do.

In Every Collection

What holds true across all three

Full-day presence — we're there for every minute, running the timing so you don't have to.
Two teams all morning — one at Rooty Hill, one at Hinchinbrook, so nothing's missed at either home.
The full photo gallery — colour and black & white, live for as long as we're in business.
Teaser Film — a 45–60 second clip within two weeks, while everyone still wants to see it.
Drone coverage — your Rooty Hill staircase and the chapel.
Every file on a hard drive — RAW and edited photos, both films, every camera's footage.
One round of changes on each film before it's finalised.
Your CineMotive Day Brief — the planning that keeps the day from ever feeling rushed.

$850
Takes The Essentials' Basic film to the full-length archival edit — adds morning preps across both homes, photo-session highlights, the room reveal, up to 10 min of each dance bracket, plus the bouquet, garter and farewells.
The Essentials only

How you'll receive everything. Your photo gallery goes live online with full download and sharing — and it stays there. The films are uploaded for you to review, with one round of changes; once you've had a couple of weeks with them, they come down, so please download your copies.

When everything's approved, it all lands on a hard drive — every edited photograph, every RAW photo, both finished films, and every camera's raw footage. Keep a second copy in your own cloud, and you're covered for good.

Where to from here

Sit with it, talk it over, and tell me what fits. If you'd like to move anything around — the collection, the add-ons, the price — just say so; nothing here is fixed. When you're ready, a $2,000 deposit secures your date and holds this Early Bird rate, with the balance due closer to the day. I'm free on the 4th of June and I'd love to be there.
