Peter & Marie-Ann
Your day, in your words
Peter, thanks for walking me through the day on the phone. Marie-Ann found us, maybe on Instagram, maybe at a friend’s wedding. With weddings every second weekend, it could easily be either.
You asked to talk through the day itself rather than a twelve- or fourteen-hour package, so that’s how this is built. We started with your timings, then shaped the coverage around them, and every option is priced so you can see your day with and without it.
Two homes, minutes from the church
Peter getting ready in Hassall Grove and Marie-Ann in Plumpton, both just a few minutes from Mt Druitt. Around two hours at each home covers the quiet moments before getting dressed, the dressing itself and family photos, with a team at each house.
The ceremony, every angle
Your Coptic ceremony at Archangel Michael & St Bishoy, shot from several positions as it unfolds and edited in full, so the whole service is on file. The rhythm of an Orthodox service is close to home for us.
A big room, covered properly
Between 350 and 400 guests at Eden. That calls for two teams through the entrances, speeches, cake and first dance, with one angle behind you as you walk in and one in front as you arrive. After that, one team carries the night through to the end.
Ways to relive it
A highlight film to share, the full ceremony and formalities in a longer documentary, and the leather album Marie-Ann mentioned. The prewedding shoot, drone and same day edit are all priced as options, so you can see where each one sits.
Flow of the day
Here’s the day as it stands today. Both homes are only minutes from the church, so we start about two hours before each of you leaves. That leaves room for the quiet moments before getting dressed without the morning feeling rushed.

Reception
Final timings and locations are refined together as we get closer to the day.
One thing to settle together: whether Peter stops at Marie-Ann’s home before church. Some families keep that tradition, and it changes where each team needs to be around 12:30.
Why two teams
Your two mornings run at the same time in two different homes, so a second team in the morning isn’t an upgrade here. It’s the baseline: one team with Marie-Ann, one with Peter, then both at the church for the multi-angle coverage a Coptic ceremony deserves. Each team is one photographer and one videographer. What changes between collections is how far the second team runs into the night.
With you all day
A photographer and videographer from Marie-Ann’s morning in Plumpton through to the end of the reception (~12:00 AM). Late in the night the videographer is still running two cameras, so the angles keep going long after the formalities wrap.
How far into the night
The straight answer, same as on the call: with 350–400 guests at Eden, the entrances are where a second team earns its place, with one angle behind you as you walk into the room and one in front as you arrive. Once the speeches, cake and first dance are done, two teams is more than you need, and one team takes you through to the end of the night. That’s why Your Day is the collection we’d point you to.
Your films & photographs
Four ways to relive the day on film, from a quick share to the full record, plus the gallery behind it all. Tap through a real example of each. Yours will be shaped around your own moments and your music.
Teaser Film
A 45–60 second clip, delivered within two weeks of the wedding in both vertical and horizontal formats. Your first look back while the day is still fresh, and easy to share. Included with Your Day and The Full Collection.
Highlight Film
A cinematic five-to-eight minute edit of the day from start to finish, shaped around your vibe, your music and the moments that matter most. This is the one you send to family and friends. The style, pace and how much speech dialogue sits underneath are all settled together at your creative session about a month before the wedding.
Episode-Length Film
The middle ground between the highlight and the full documentary. Choose a 30–40 minute Episode-long Doco, which tells the day in order, or an Episode Love Story of up to 20 minutes built around your own words. Either way it’s the core moments, well paced and easy to rewatch.
Documentary Film
The deepest record of the day: the full ceremony, every entrance, all the speeches, the cake and the first dance, with the dancing kept at real length. It’s the archive you come back to for years.
A Full Wedding Gallery
Between two photographers we take ten to twelve thousand frames on the day, then pull out the best: usually 1,800 to 2,500 finished images in colour and black & white. They’re sorted into Marie-Ann’s preps, Peter’s preps, the ceremony, the photoshoot and the reception. Download the lot in one go or pick favourites, and share with family. Have a look around two real ones.

Add-ons
Everything you asked about on the call, priced so you can see your day with and without it. Your 10% Early Bird carries across to the add-ons, except the album, which is held flat at $1,700.
Radiant Leather Album
Handmade in New Zealand by Queensberry: 14×10 inches (35×25 cm) with 40 printed sides, built to be handed down. About three in five of our couples order one, and you can add it now or at any point after the wedding.
Prewedding Photo Session
Not about posing. It’s simply time together in front of the camera before the wedding, so nothing feels new on the day. Photos for your save-the-dates, and a chance to get to know how we work. Covers locations within 15 km of our studio; anywhere further is agreed before the shoot.
Same Day Edit
A 4–5 minute film of your day, edited while the reception is under way and shown on the big screen that night. It works best just before or after the speeches, ahead of the cake. You can choose the music or leave it to us, and it needs the venue’s projector and audio.
Episode-Length Film
The middle ground between the highlight and the documentary. Choose an Episode-long Doco (30–40 minutes, in order) or an Episode Love Story (up to 20 minutes, built around your vows and speeches). Either way it covers the preps, the ceremony, the photoshoot and the key reception moments.
Drone
An hour of aerial coverage, usually around the church, and at home as you leave or at the photoshoot where flying is allowed. City locations are off limits, and weather and flight rules always have the final say.
You experience your wedding three times
Before
In the planning. We build the run sheet together across Hassall Grove, Plumpton, Mt Druitt and Eden, then about a month out we hold a creative session to settle the music, pace and feel of your films, so the day flows and nothing gets rushed.
The Day
As it happens. We’re there for every minute, keeping time and quietly moving the day along, so you’re present for it rather than watching the clock.
For Life
In the years after. There’s the highlight you share now, the full ceremony and formalities on file, and the album on the shelf, all of it growing more precious as the people in it do.
Some moments reveal their value only with time.
