Josh & Maria
Your day, in your words
Maria, your brother found us and passed our name on — so this started with family before it ever reached us. Thank you for walking me through the day.
What you described is a full photo and film day: two teams from the very first moment, a film premiered at your reception that same night, the ceremony and every speech kept in full, an album to hold, and time together in front of the camera before the wedding.
Two homes, one morning
Josh getting ready in Padstow Heights, Maria in Miranda — both at the same time. A photographer and a cinematographer at each home, so neither morning is missed.
The whole day, kept long
A documentary of up to three hours — the ceremony at St John the Beloved and every speech in full, the formalities and the dance floor at real length, and room for the family traditions at each home. The record you come back to.
Two teams through the formalities
Both teams staying with you into Doltone House — the entrances, the speeches, the cake and the first dance, each seen from more than one side of the room.
Something to hold
A fine-art album of your favourite images, and a prewedding shoot before the day — time to get comfortable in front of the camera, so the wedding itself feels familiar.
Flow of the day
Here’s the day as it stands today. The main stages are set — it’s the moments in between that we shape together at your planning session: the drive to Punchbowl, family photos after the ceremony, and the light for your photoshoot.

Reception
Final timings and locations are refined together closer to the day — including any family traditions at either home in the morning, so the right team is in the right place when they happen.
Why two teams
Your two mornings run at the same time in two different homes — Josh in Padstow Heights, Maria in Bankstown. So a second team isn’t an upgrade here, it’s the baseline: a photographer and a cinematographer at each home, then both teams together at St John the Beloved for every angle of the ceremony. What changes between collections is how far that second team runs into the night.
With you all day
Photo and film from the first moment of the morning through to the end of the reception (~12:00 AM). Through the night, locked-off cameras run alongside the handheld work, so the room is covered from several angles.
How far into the night
Most of a wedding’s rush is made in two windows — the morning, and the twenty minutes after the ceremony ends. Two teams take the pressure off both. We don’t make the day longer; we make sure you’re present in the time you have.
A second team through the formalities is what you asked for — it’s built into both Your Story and The Full Collection.
Your films & photographs
Four ways to relive the day in film, from a quick share to the full record — and every photograph alongside them. Tap through a real example of each; yours will be shaped around your own moments and music.
Teaser Film
A 40–60 second clip, delivered within two weeks of the wedding. The first taste, while the day is still fresh — and easy to share. Included in every collection.
Highlight Film
A cinematic edit shaped around your vibe, your music and the moments that matter most — the film you sit down and share with family and friends. Its length grows with your collection, and the style and pace are settled together at your creative session.
Episode-Length Film
A 30–40 minute edit that sits between the highlight and the full documentary — the long story with the fast-forward parts taken out. The core moments, well paced, easy to rewatch.
Documentary Film
The deepest record of the day — the full ceremony, every speech, the formalities and the dancing kept at real length. The archive you return to for years.

Prewedding & Engagement Film
A short film in the lead-up to the wedding — a relaxed way to work together before the day, and a keepsake in its own right.
A Full Wedding Gallery
Every image edited in colour and black & white, delivered in a private online gallery you can download from, share with family and print from — and the pages your album is built from.

Add-ons
A few things you can fold into any collection. Nothing here needs deciding now — we price it against the collection you choose and add it straight to your quote.
Same Day Edit
A short film cut during the wedding itself and screened at Doltone House before the night is over — the room sees the morning and the ceremony while everyone is still together.
Fine-art album
A leather-bound album of your favourite images. Included in Your Day and The Complete Collection, and easy to add to The Essentials — any time, even after the wedding.
Extended Documentary
Takes The Essentials’ documentary from Standard to Extended — longer dance brackets, the photo session, room reveals, bouquet & garter and farewells.
Episode-Length Film
The 30–40 minute film — longer than the highlight, lighter than the full documentary. Built into The Complete Collection, or added to either of the others.
Prewedding session
Photos — or photo and film — before the wedding, somewhere that means something to you both. Included from Your Day up, and easy to add to The Essentials.
Additional coverage
An extra hour for either team, if the night runs longer than planned or you’d like the second team to stay on.
You experience your wedding three times
Before
In the planning — the run sheet we build together across two homes, a church and a reception, and the creative session where we settle the music and feel, so the day flows and nothing is rushed.
The Day
As it happens — two teams quietly keeping time, so you’re present with your families rather than watching the clock.
For Life
In the years after — the album on the shelf, the highlight you share, and the documentary you return to as the people and moments in it grow more precious.
Some moments reveal their value only with time.
