Ferg & Paula
Your day, in your words
You found us through your friend’s sister’s wedding — thank you for that. You’re after photo and film together, one connected team, and you were honest that the planning has had its overwhelming moments.
That’s the part we take off your plate. We map the run of the day with you, we know how long each part really takes, and we’re with you for every minute of it. Here’s what we heard, and how this proposal is shaped around it.
The full Lebanese morning
At your parents’ home in Merrylands, close to the church, with around fifty family and friends coming through. We’ve allowed a three-hour morning so the getting-dressed moments, you with the girls, the family portraits and the guests all get their time — and nothing gets squeezed before the cars leave.
Ferg, in the city
Ferg getting ready in the city with his family over from Ireland. Two hours is plenty, and he won’t be asked to perform for us. We hear “he’s awkward in front of a camera” all the time — it’s our favourite kind of challenge.
Real, not posed
Natural over posy. There’ll be portraits and family photos, but we never push — we read the moment. Closer to the day you’ll send us photos and films you love, so we know exactly where you sit visually.
Finally, a photo of you two
You told us you don’t have a nice photo of the two of you together yet. That’s what the pre-wedding session is for: a relaxed date out with a photographer tagging along, so by the wedding the camera already feels familiar.
Everything, kept
“I’m very sentimental — I want everything.” So the long film is the Extended Documentary in every collection: the morning, the full ceremony minute-for-minute, the speeches, the first dance and ten minutes of every dance bracket.
Speeches, the Irish way
Your entrance, a dance, then straight into the speeches over entrée. That order shapes where a second team earns its place at the reception — and it’s why your collections are built around the entrance and the first dance.
Flow of the day
Here’s the day as it stands today. About a month out we send through a detailed questionnaire, and together we fine-tune every timing — the church grounds after the ceremony, the drive into the city, the time on location — so the day flows rather than rushes.

Why two teams
Your two mornings run at the same time — Paula with her family in Merrylands, Ferg in the city with his family over from Ireland. So two teams in the morning isn’t an upgrade here, it’s the baseline: a photographer and a cinematographer at each home, then both teams together at the church. What changes between collections is how far the second team runs into the night.
With you all day
From the morning through to the end of the night (~11:30 PM), close enough to the end to catch your farewells.
At the reception John runs three video cameras alongside the handheld work — so the speeches are already covered from several angles without a second person standing in the room.
How far into the night
Straight answer: the speeches don’t need a second team — John’s three cameras cover them. At a reception, a second team earns its place at two moments: your entrance, with one team walking in behind you and one waiting on the dance floor, and your first dance. You told us you’d want them through to the speeches and, ideally, the first dance — which is exactly where Your Story finishes.
Your films, and every photograph
Four ways to relive the day on film, from a quick share to the full record — and the full gallery of photographs alongside. Tap through a real example of each; yours will be shaped around your own moments and music.
Teaser Film
A 45–60 second sneak peek, delivered within two weeks of the wedding in both vertical and horizontal formats — the first taste, while everyone still wants to see it. Included in every collection.
Highlight Film
A cinematic edit shaped around your vibe, your music and the moments that matter most — the film you sit down and share. Style, pace and how much dialogue sits under it are settled together at your creative session. This example was filmed at the MCA, so you can see your own venue on film.
Episode-Length Film
A 30–40 minute edit that sits between the highlight and the full documentary — the long story with the fast-forward parts pulled out. Easy to rewatch, and available to add to any collection.
Documentary Film
The deepest record of the day — the morning, the full ceremony, the formalities and the dancing kept at real length. In every one of your collections it’s the Extended Documentary, up to three hours.
available
Prewedding & Engagement Film
A short, fun film alongside your pre-wedding session — a little of your story before the wedding, and a keepsake in its own right.
A Full Wedding Gallery
Every edited image from the day — typically 1,800 to 2,000 — in colour and black & white, in a private online gallery you can download from, share with family here and overseas, and order prints from.
The full gallery and the sneak peek are both real weddings at Our Lady of Lebanon — one start to finish, the other the kind of set that lands within two weeks. The editing styles gallery shows the looks we work in, so you can tell us where you sit.

Add-ons
A few things you can fold into any collection, now or later. Your referral rate applies to each of these except the album, which is always a flat $1,700.
Pre-Wedding Photo Session
Time together before the wedding with your photographer — a relaxed date out, so nothing feels new on the day and you finally get that photo of the two of you.
Prewedding & Engagement Film
A short, fun film alongside the pre-wedding session — a little of your story before the wedding, and easy to share with family here and overseas.
Radiant Leather Album
Handmade in New Zealand — 14×10″, 40 printed sides, with matted overlays that frame each image. Still on the fence? It can be added after the wedding, once you’ve seen your gallery.
Episode-Length Film
30–40 minutes told in order — or up to 20 minutes as a dialogue-led Love Story. More than the highlight, easier to sit down with than the full documentary.
More of the night
We capture the whole night, so there’s always more than makes the documentary. If you’d like more of the dance floor — the Irish dancing included — we can extend the edit after the wedding.
You experience your wedding three times
Before
In the planning — and you’ve told us it’s had its overwhelming moments. We take the run of the day off your plate: the timings, the travel from Merrylands and the city, the church grounds, the shoot at The Rocks.
The Day
As it happens — the Lebanese morning, Ferg’s family over from Ireland, the church, the speeches over entrée. We’re there every minute, keeping time and calling the next step, so you can be present in it rather than watching the clock.
For Life
In the years after — you said you don’t know yet which parts you’ll want to watch back, so you want it all. The highlight is for sharing now; the documentary is for the years when the people in it mean even more.
Some moments reveal their value only with time.
