Two Teams, Where It Counts
Each team is a photographer and a cinematographer. Because both of you get ready at the same time in different places, two teams in the morning is the natural starting point — then it's a question of how far the second team runs.
Both mornings, at once
One team with you at Beacon Hill, one with Cat at The Darling — so neither preparation is missed, then both flow through to the ceremony.
Through the photoshoot
My recommendation: keep the second team through the photoshoot for those extra angles and candids — this is where a second lens earns its place.
One crew at reception
Darling Island is an easy room to cover. A single crew handles it beautifully — I run multiple locked cameras plus one in hand, so it's more than covered.
The honest take: a second team at reception really only adds the grand entrance from behind and a couple of first-dance angles. For your room, that spend is better kept elsewhere — so the tiers below step up the second team through to the ceremony, the photoshoot, or the grand entrance, and you choose how far feels right.

To secure your date, a $2,000 deposit is all it takes, with the balance due ten days before the wedding. Once you're booked, we'll set up your planning session and creative questionnaires — and start shaping the day together.
