What You Told Me

A day built around two ceremonies

You found us through Erin & Brendan, and you've already locked the big pieces — your venues, and Mark Jay on photography. From here it's about the film: capturing a Catholic ceremony at Horsley Park and a Serbian Orthodox ceremony at Cabramatta back to back, and holding the whole day together across two churches, a photoshoot and a night at Novella. You were clear you'd like guidance on the timings, and that's exactly what this is for.

01

Both ceremonies, in full

Two churches, one after the other — each covered properly on multiple cameras, so nothing from either service is missed.

02

The formalities, covered well

The entrances, speeches, cake, first dance — the moments you said matter most — captured cleanly from the right angles.

03

Guided on timing

Start times worked back from the churches, travel factored in, and the morning traditions at Daniel's planned around — you don't have to figure it out alone.

Your Coverage

Two videographers, from both homes on

Your morning starts in two places at once, so the day begins with one videographer at each home. Both are then at both churches — three to four cameras per ceremony, strategically placed and out of your guests' way — which frees me up to move and find the creative shots while every angle is covered. A second point of view really earns its place on the grand entrance at Novella, before we carry the night through to the end.

Team 1

1 Videographer

Morning preparations → approx. 12:00am

With you for the full day, start to finish — the getting-ready, both ceremonies, the photoshoot and every reception formality through to the end of the night.

Team 2

1 Videographer

Morning preparations → your chosen finish

The second angle — a house in the morning, then multi-camera coverage at both churches. Where this videographer finishes is what sets the three collections apart — there are three options:

  • The Essentials Finishes at the end of the 2nd ceremony · approx. 2:30pm
  • The Full Story Stays through the reception entrances · approx. 7:30pm
  • The Complete Stays through the reception formalities · approx. 9:30pm
Ways to Relive Your Day

Four ways to watch it back

Each film gives you a different way in — a short one to share, a longer one to sit with, and the full record to keep. Every collection includes the teaser, a highlight and the documentary; the Episode-Length film sits in The Complete. Press play on any card below to see an example.

01

Teaser Film

The Excitement

A 45–60 second sneak peek, delivered within two weeks — in both vertical and horizontal formats, ready to share while you wait for the rest.

02

Highlight Film

The Emotion

An 8–10 minute cinematic edit shaped around your vibe, your music and the moments that matter most. Style, pace and how much dialogue sits under it are all settled together at your creative planning session.

03

Episode-Length Film

The Experience

A 30–40 minute edit — your perfect middle ground. More depth than the highlight, more watchable than a full-length documentary: getting ready, 8–10 minutes of ceremony, the photo session and every key reception moment.

04

Documentary Film

The Memories in Full

The full-length edit, up to four hours — both ceremonies minute for minute on multi-cam, extended morning traditions, the photo session and reception room reveal, and the whole reception from grand entrance to farewell.

Why It Matters

You experience your wedding three times

This is why we plan the day the way we do — and why a fuller record is worth keeping across two ceremonies you'll only live once.

Before

In the planning

We map how the day actually flows — start times worked back from both churches, travel between them, the morning traditions at Daniel's — so the timings hold up before you've lived a minute of it.

The Day

As it happens

On the day we keep the day on time — among the few there for every minute, so you're present in the moments rather than carrying a rushed feeling from one church to the next.

For Life

In the years after

Then it's yours to return to — the voices, the vows, the people in the room. A full record earns its value over time, long after the day itself.

Some moments reveal their value only with time.

Securing Your Date

Let's hold the 7th of August

If one of these feels right, here's how we lock it in. Nothing about the day is set in stone yet — coverage, timings and the run sheet are all fine-tuned together as we get closer.
