A Wedding Photo & Film Proposal For

Lachlan & Georgia

From Our Chat

What You Told Me

It was lovely connecting the dots on the call — we shot Lachlan's brother Paul & Samantha's wedding, and Georgia, you were there that morning at the bride's house. So this already feels like family. Here's what I took away from our chat.

Two Homes, One Morning

Lachlan getting ready at Belfield, Georgia at Peakhurst — both running at the same time, with the girls doing a small tradition at the bride's. That's what makes a second crew the natural starting point.

A Later Church Start

3:30pm at St Charbel's, out by around five. September light is on our side — but the day flows tight, so we'll plan the photo window carefully to make the most of it.

A Big, Warm Reception

300–350 guests at Rosebery Hall from six. A grand entrance worth capturing from two angles — behind you as you walk in, and on the floor as the room lifts.

Film That Lets You Relive It

A highlight that runs a touch longer than five minutes, the option of a Same Day Edit playing at the reception, and drone at the church and Georgia's backyard exit. We'll settle the long-edit depth together.

Something to Hold

A printed album for the two of you, and one each for both sets of parents. Real, tangible keepsakes — not just files on a screen.

A Photo Session You'll Enjoy

Georgia's leaning toward nature — greenery and water — kept close to the venue so we're not fighting the clock. The grounds around Rosebery give us exactly that.

Everything below is shaped around this — nothing generic, all built for your day.

Coverage

Why Two Teams

With both of you getting ready at the same time in different suburbs, and a room of 300–350 to capture, a single crew can't be in two places at once. Here's how the two teams work.

Team 1 · The Lead Team

With you, start to finish

One photographer and one cinematographer who stay with you from the morning right through to the last dance — around 11:30pm at the reception.

  • Continuity across the whole day — one team who knows your story
  • Even with a single cinematographer, we run two to three cameras for key moments like the first dance
Team 2 · The Second Crew

The morning & the big moments

A second photographer and cinematographer so both homes are covered at once, then together for the church and photo session, and into the reception.

  • Both getting-ready locations captured properly — no compromise, no rushing between them
  • Your grand entrance from two angles — behind you as you walk in, and on the floor as the room reacts
  • How far the second crew runs into the night is the difference between the collections below

You'll see three depths for that second crew across the collections — wrapping after the entrances, or carrying on through the speeches, cake and first dance.

The Films

Ways to Relive Your Day

Different edits do different things — some for sharing, some for sitting down years later and living the whole day again. Watch a real example of each.

01

Teaser Film

The Excitement

A 40–60 second cinematic glimpse of the day, delivered within two weeks — while everyone still wants to see it. Complimentary in every collection.

02

Highlight Film

The Emotion

A cinematic edit shaped around your music and the moments that matter most — runs a touch longer than five minutes, just as you're after. Style and pace settled together at your creative session.

03

Episode-Length Film

The Experience

A 30–40 minute film that sits between a highlight and a full documentary — deeper than five minutes, more watchable than a three-hour edit. The one to put on with family.

04

Documentary Film

The Memories in Full

The day at real length — the morning traditions, the full ceremony, the speeches, the dancing. For reliving it all, not just the highlights.

Why This Matters

You Experience Your Wedding Three Times

The day itself passes in a blur. What we make is built for all three of these moments — not just the one.

I

Before

In the planning, the anticipation, the imagining of it all. A pre-wedding session and the countdown are part of the experience — the excitement building toward the day.

II

The Day

Lived once, at full speed — the nerves, the vows, the room of 350 lifting as you walk in. Our job is to stay present and invisible so you can simply be in it.

III

For Life

Every time after — the gallery you scroll on an anniversary, the film your kids watch one day, the album your parents hold. This is where the real value lives.

Some moments reveal their value only with time. What feels like “just photos and video” today becomes the closest thing you have to being back there.

The Next Step

Let's Make It Yours

Lachlan and Georgia — it means a lot that you've come back to us after Paul & Samantha's day. That kind of trust isn't something we take for granted.

Have a proper read, sit with the three collections, and don't stress about landing on every detail. Nothing here is locked — we shape the final shape of it together, around your day and your budget. When you're ready, pick the option that feels right and we'll take it from there, or book a planning session and we'll map it out properly.

How It's Delivered

All final photo and video edits arrive in your private online gallery — accessible anytime, full download and sharing, searchable by face, and yours for as long as we're in business. RAW photo & video on a hard drive on top.

Really glad we found each other again — can't wait to be part of your day.
