A simpler day usually means getting ready in one place (or close together), with the ceremony, photos and reception running without long gaps. When your day has more moving parts, the Planning Session is where we work out exactly what it needs. All prices in AUD, including GST.
Most full-day weddings land between $9,500 and $13,500.
The starting points are real — they’re what a simpler day with one team looks like. But most of the weddings we’re part of have more going on: two homes getting ready at the same time, a cultural morning, a church across town, a few hundred guests and a reception that runs late. What moves the number
A second team
When you’re both getting ready at the same time in different homes, a second photographer and cinematographer in the morning isn’t an upgrade — it’s what the day needs. The real question is how far into the day they stay: the ceremony, the photoshoot, the entrances, or the last dance.
The length of the day
Coverage is costed by the hour, per team. A morning ceremony with a reception until midnight is a very different day to a single venue from 3pm — and the Planning Session is where that becomes clear.
How you relive it
Every film collection starts with a Teaser and a Highlight Film. From there you can go deeper: a longer highlight, a Documentary Film that keeps the ceremony, speeches and dancing at real length, or a 30–40 minute Episode-Length Film.
Something to hold
A fine-art album, wall art, a prewedding session. Some couples add them now; the album can be added any time, even after the wedding.
We don’t make the day longer. We make sure you’re present in the time you have.

Preparation, ceremony, travel and reception logistics shape timing and crew structure. Two homes getting ready at the same time usually means two teams in the morning.

Traditions
Cultural and family moments often call for additional planning and team support — music and dancing at the family home, the groom collecting the bride, a second ceremony.

Some days flow with a small team; others need split coverage across locations. We’ll tell you honestly which yours is.
Film Style
Highlight, documentary, ceremony and speech edits shape the final collection. Some couples want a short film to share; others want the whole day kept.

Documentary Film
The Basic Documentary keeps your full ceremony, the entrances, every speech and your first dance in one fuller film. Standard and Extended go deeper into the day.
Episode-Length Film
A 30–40 minute film that keeps more of the interaction, atmosphere and natural flow — the long story, with the fast-forward parts taken out.
Same Day Edit
A short film cut from earlier in your day and shown to your guests at the reception, before speeches.
Fine-art album
40 pages, 14 × 10 inch, with a premium leather cover. Can be added any time, including after the wedding.
Prewedding photoshoot
A relaxed session before the day — a chance to slow down and document this season of your relationship.
Drone
Aerial shots of the church, the venue and the arrival, where the location and conditions allow.
A second photographer or cinematographer
Priced by how far into the day they stay — from the morning, through the photoshoot, to the end of the night.

Do you offer custom coverage?
Yes. Every wedding is structured differently, so coverage is tailored around the flow, locations, traditions and rhythm of the day itself.
What happens during the Planning Session?
We walk through your day — timing, locations, atmosphere, family dynamics, cultural traditions and the moments that matter most — before recommending what coverage will serve it properly.
Can we book photography or cinematography separately?
Absolutely. Some couples choose one; many prefer both, captured cohesively by one connected team.
Do you help with wedding timelines?
Yes. Timeline guidance is a core part of the Planning Session — the pacing and structure of the day directly shape how calm it feels and how naturally moments unfold.
What if we’re unsure what coverage we need?
Most couples are, initially. The Planning Session exists to create clarity before any decisions are made, so coverage is shaped around the wedding rather than the other way around.
How do we lock in our date?
A $2,000 deposit secures your date, and the balance is due 10 days before the wedding. You can still add to your collection after you’ve booked.
Can we add things after the wedding?
Yes. Albums and wall art can be added any time, and extra documentary edit time can be decided once you’ve seen how the night ran.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes — across Sydney, interstate and destination locations, depending on the structure and needs of the day.
