Your day, as we understand it
Christie at Plans Made Perfect passed your details on to us, and we’re glad she did. We haven’t sat down together yet, so this page is built from what she’s shared — a starting point, shaped properly once we talk.
Here’s what stands out about your day.
One estate, start to finish
Getting ready, the tea ceremony, the vows, your photos and the reception all happen at Greyleigh. No cars between locations and no travel windows to squeeze — the day’s time goes to the moments, not the road.
The tea ceremony first
Before the vows, your families come together for the tea ceremony. It moves quickly, and so much of it lives in the faces around you as the tea is served — so we plan to be on both sides of it.
Around sixty guests
A close, intimate celebration. When everyone in the room matters to you, there are no background faces — the gallery and the films should hold every one of them.
Photography and film, or either one
You’ve asked to see photography and film together, as well as each on its own. All three are laid out below, built on the same coverage so they’re easy to compare.
Flow of the day
Everything happens at Greyleigh — one estate, five moments, nothing to travel between. Here’s the order of your day as we understand it.
Getting ready
Tea ceremony
Ceremony
Photoshoot
Reception
Exact timings are refined together with Christie as the day comes closer — we fit our coverage to her run sheet so nothing feels rushed.
One estate, one team — and where a second earns its place
Because everything happens at Greyleigh, one photographer and one cinematographer can move between the two of you as you get ready — nothing staged, nothing missed in transit. So a single team covers your whole day in every collection. What a second team adds is a second set of eyes on the moments that happen in two places at once.
With you all day
A photographer and a cinematographer for the full ten hours — from getting ready through to the end of the reception. With around sixty guests in one room, one team looks after the evening comfortably.
A second photographer & cinematographer
Where a second team genuinely earns its place: the tea ceremony, with one camera on the two of you and one on your families as the tea is served; and the photoshoot, where one team is out on the estate with you while the other stays with your guests and captures the reception room before anyone walks in. That’s why Your Day is the collection we’d point you to.
The same applies to photography or film on its own — The Essentials is one, Your Day adds a second.
Your films & your gallery
Four ways to relive the day on film, from a quick share to the full record — and every photograph alongside them. Tap through a real example of each; yours will be shaped around your own moments and music.
Teaser Film
A 40–60 second clip, delivered within two weeks of the wedding. The first taste, while the day is still fresh — and lovely to share. Included in Your Day.
Highlight Film
A cinematic edit shaped around your vibe, your music and the moments that matter most — the film you sit down and share. Its length depends on the collection you choose; style and pace are settled together at your creative planning session.
Episode-Length Film
A 30–40 minute edit that sits between the highlight and the full documentary — the long story with the fast-forward parts pulled out. The core moments, beautifully paced, easy to rewatch.
Documentary Film
The deepest record of the day — the tea ceremony, the full ceremony and the speeches, kept at real length. The archive you return to for years.

Photography or film on its own
Both are available as standalone collections — the same coverage and the same people as the collections above, just one side of them.
Photography only
One photographer for the full ten hours, your full edited gallery and every RAW photo.
Two photographers — a second from getting ready through the photoshoot — your full edited gallery and every RAW photo.
Film only
One cinematographer for the full ten hours — 5–6 minute highlight, Standard Documentary and every RAW file.
Two cinematographers through the photoshoot — teaser, 6–8 minute highlight, Extended Documentary with the tea ceremony kept at length, and every RAW file.
Booking both together: one team working from one run sheet, photographer and cinematographer moving with each other rather than around each other. Together it’s $1,150 less than both Essentials collections on their own, and $1,300 less than both Your Day collections — with the drone and the engagement shoot included.
