YOUR WEDDING DAY RUNSHEET
PRE-WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE
One month before your big day, we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to gather all the finer details—timings, locations, special requests and more. It’s extensive but you can save and return as often as you like. From your answers, we’ll craft a summarized run-sheet. A few weeks before the wedding, we’ll review everything together to lock in the final details.
Preps (pre-ceremony)
We usually kick off 2 hours before you’re due to leave for the ceremony. This covers everything from those candid “getting dressed” moments to family photos and the grand exit.
Groom Preps: We’ll be there right as hair and suits are happening, so you’re relaxed and on-time. The groom typically needs to be at the church 20 minutes before the service starts—no mad dash required.
Bride Preps: From gown reveal to final touch-ups, we capture every tear, laugh and detail.
Cultural Traditions: Got extra rituals? No worries—just let us know and we’ll extend the prep window so nothing feels rushed.
Single-Team Option: If you’re at the same venue or nearby, we can start with groom for ~30–50 minutes, then head to bride for ~50–90 minutes. Completely custom!

Ceremony
For church services we recommend 1.5 hours on the clock. This gives us time to cover:
The processional & vows
Signing the registers
That epic confetti/flower toss
Guest congratulations & optional group shot
Immediate family portraits (grandparents, siblings, kiddos—they love it!)
Photoshoot
Roughly 30 days out we’ll chat locations—whether you’re into leafy gardens, urban graffiti or waterfront vistas. We’ll map out travel time so you still coast into reception on schedule.
1–2 Locations: Keeps things relaxed and maximizes golden-hour magic.
Wet-Weather Plan: Covered! We’ll suggest indoor options so your shots stay Instagram-worthy, come rain or shine.
Family Join-Ins: Want mom, dad or the whole crew in a few portraits? We’ll factor in the extra minutes.
TWO-TEAM SCENARIO
Minimum 6-Hour Coverage
Team 1 on groom, Team 2 on bride—no need to juggle start times.
Prep Logistics: Both sides captured simultaneously
Ceremony Angles: More coverage from different spots
Candid Photos: Double the eyes for those spontaneous moments
Extended to Reception Entrance
Ideal for big venues—get extra candids of guests arriving, decor details, and your grand entrance.
Extended to Speeches & First Dance
More angles on the toasts, cake cutting and that show-stopping first dance. Perfect if you want every grin, tear and spin immortalized.
